Customer Instructions: Upon selecting this product and making your purchase, ship us your old battery pack(s). Do not open or disassemble the battery pack(s). Send us the sealed unit(s) by prepaid & insured shipping and include a copy of your microbattery.com sales order. We will professionally rebuild your pack(s) with top quality cells and return the rebuilt pack(s) using the shipping method you select with this purchase. Typical turn-around is 2 business days plus shipping time.

Rebuild Disclaimer: Most battery packs are designed to be dissembled and have screws to hold the outer case together. Such battery packs are durable and may be repeatedly rebuilt. However, some battery packs do not have screws and require disassembly by cutting a sonically welded plastic seam. These particular packs can be rebuilt and we do have tools for cutting open the case. Upon replacing the internal battery pack, the case is refitted and glued at the seam. In the event the case is damaged and not reusable, we will call you to offer you other options. It is our policy not to attempt to open your pack, if it is one that will likely be destroyed in the process.
