We must charge shipping/handling in order to be able to provide the lowest, net price for our products. Our policy is designed to benefit clients who order more items as opposed to only one battery. Rates are calculated according to shipment weight and the service selected. The client has the opportunity to select the shipping service prior to paying for their order. Our minimum freight/handling charges are as follows:
Orders received before 2 PM Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day. Orders received over the weekend or during holidays will be shipped the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
MBC welcomes international orders as our business roots are strong in international sales. Customers placing orders for shipment to countries other than USA or Canada, must select a POSTAL WORLDWIDE (INTERNATIONAL) shipping option. Please note items shipped via POSTAL AIR WORLDWIDE are not insured. Fully Insured Postal and International UPS shipments are only available via special arrangement and at extra cost. Such preference must be communicated to our customer service department via email prior to shipment.
Large wholesale orders can also be shipped via air cargo or courier. Such service levels require communication with us via email. All goods will be shipped with a customs declaration to facilitate import to your country. We reserve the right to re-rate any shipping costs and will first contact the customer for approval prior to shipping.
All international parcels are generally subject to customs clearance entry at the destination country. We are not responsible for shipping transit delays or customs delays as these processes are beyond our control. Please consult with your local post office for any questions on these matters.
We do not ship to Russia, or to any country that the USPS does not deliver to, or to any country that is currently being sanctioned by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), including Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, and Syria, amongst others.

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES
The shipping transit times mentioned above and on any orders during order Checkout are our best estimates. Actual delivery times may take less or longer. For overseas orders, additional delays may occur during the customs entry process for goods entering your country. Overall, we have experienced an extremely high reliability rate for the delivery of international parcels. For customers outside the US, who make a special request to declare their purchase as a "Gift" on the Customs Declaration Form, shipments marked gift do not necessarily mean the order will be free from duties. Even with this designation, we are still required to list a value, and this value may be subject to import duties or customs clearance service fees. Such duties or import fees vary from country to country, and are determined by the local Customs postal officials. If you have concerns, consult with your local post office or postal directory regarding the rules and fees for the importation of merchandise to your country.
