CHARACTERISTICS
With metallic zinc as its negative electrode, oxygen in the air as its positive depolarizer, and
aqueous potassium hydroxide as its electrolyte, the zinc air battery has the highest energy
density of any battery system. It also meets worldwide environmental regulations. More
