PRICING

MBC's standard sales practice is to the offer the most competitive pricing in the market for the products, brands, and quality of the product being offered. Comparisons with other vendors is sometimes difficult because the product being compared is not an exact comparison.
AVAILABILITY
Availability of product may change without notice. MBC is a distributor and is not responsible for unavailability of merchandise, whether discontinued or still in production.
In the completion of orders, product substitution of comparable items may occur in order to meet order quantities or goods may be placed on backorder. Product substitution is decided by MBC management, and client consultation will be solicited should management deem it necessary.

The minimum amount required to place a purchase order is $100.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES
Unfortunately, we have to charge shipping/handling in order to be able to provide the lowest, net price for our products. Our policy is designed to benefit clients who order more items as opposed to only one battery. Rates are calculated according to shipment weight and the service selected. MBC reserves the right to select between UPS or Federal Express for customer shipments. For pallet size orders, shipments may be routed through equivalent service level trucking companies.
SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES
The shipping transit times mentioned above and on any orders during order Checkout are our best estimates. Actual delivery times may take less or longer. For overseas orders, additional delays may occur during the customs entry process for goods entering your country. Overall, we have experienced an extremely high reliability rate for the delivery of international parcels. Feel free to let us know when your package has arrived as this is beneficial feedback for us.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
MBC welcomes international orders as our business roots are strong in international sales. Customers placing orders for shipment to countries other than USA or Canada, must select a POSTAL WORLDWIDE (INTERNATIONAL) shipping option. Please note items shipped via POSTAL AIR WORLDWIDE on not insured. Fully Insured Postal and International UPS shipments are only available via special arrangement and at extra cost. Such preference must be communicated to our Customer Service Dept. via email prior to shipment. Large wholesale orders can also be shipped via air cargo or courier. Such service levels require communication with us via email. All goods will be shipped with a customs declaration to facilitate import to your country. We reserve the right to re-rate any shipping costs and will first contact the customer for approval prior to shipping. All international parcels are generally subject to customs clearance entry at the destination country. We are not responsible for shipping transit delays or customs delays as these processes are beyond our control. Please consult with your local Post Office for any questions on these matters.

CREDIT APPROVAL
All orders are subject to credit approval. MBC utilizes several methods to verify credit card transactions. If problems arise in obtaining credit clearance, we may contact the customer via email or telephone and attempt to resolve the issues, or at our option we may choose to void the order if acceptable credit approval is not obtained.
MBC may from time to time revise the contents of these policies. It is the responsibility of the user to periodically review the contents of the Policies, Terms and Conditions to be aware of any revisions and impact those revisions may have to the user.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
Clients of Micropower Battery Co. must inspect all packages and goods at time of receipt. Any damage or indication of damage must be noted on the freight receipt at time of delivery.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Our Customer Service Department must be contacted to obtain the correct RA# for return shipments. The assignment of a RA# does not automatically assure a credit will be issued. All returns must show the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the packaging and on any related correspondence. Items must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Use the address below for product returns.

Returned items must be in new and unused condition and contained in the original package/packaging materials.
Returned items must be returned, freight prepaid. Items ordered in error may be returned for exchange, a 20% restocking fee may apply. Outgoing freight and handling charges are not refundable unless product return stems from a MBC shipping or order error. Freight/insurance on returned items must be prepaid by the customer. Returned items not meeting the requirements above will not be accepted or received and no exchange or refund will be issued.
Refunds for purchases made using Credit Cards will be credited to the account number given at time of purchase (less any applicable restocking/freight/handling fees).
The customer bears the responsibility for goods damaged during returned shipping process and will not receive proper credit if the goods are deemed unacceptable for resale.
